What will you work on?

  • Creating and executing a strong performance marketing strategy & execution plan for D2C brands selling through their own channels.
  • Co-ordinating with agencies to develop and manage digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns for these brands.
  • Managing budgets and ensuring that supporting agencies drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC
  • Ensuring supporting agencies execute and optimize for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & own media channels
  • Measure the performance of all campaigns effectively and report on weekly/monthly basis to the management

What does it take?

  • You have a degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in building effective multi-channel marketing strategies, including affiliate marketing, PPC, social media and other digital channels in an e-commerce context.
  • Previous experience in digital agency, e-retailers or marketplace performance marketing team
  • Direct experience and solid track record in managing Facebook and IG ads is a must
  • Direct experience and solid track record in managing TikTok ads is preferred
  • You possess excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metric, analytics and consumer behavior trends to drive actionable insights & recommendations.
  • You are a highly goal-oriented individual and have excellent communication skills.
  • You are open minded, curious and a strong problem solver.
  • Individual must have bahasa Indonesia as mother tongue
