Explanation about the role

Your role as Strategic Account Manager (Sales) will play a pivotal role in successful onboarding of an inbound / outbound prospect, pitching the value of the product, understanding the customer’s domain and closure of these accounts. 


What will you work on?

  • Driving a sales and adoption of Lummo products to inbound/outbound prospects in assigned geographical markets using a consultative approach
  • Understanding pain points of the business and proposing solution to meet customer requirements
  • Engaging with C-level executives, customer support / marketing leaders and decision makers at prospective companies 
  • Build trusted relationships with your users by becoming a subject matter expert on their business and their Lummo integration 
  • Driving the customers’ onboarding and giving them the adequate trainings for them to increase their usage and adoption of Lummo products
  • Working closely with product and marketing team to address them the needs from customers and giving them the feedback
  • Consistently exceeding the quarterly target revenue
  • Consistently achieving targets of monthly meeting activity and pipeline 


What does it take? 

  • At least 2-3 years working as a merchant acquisition with a proven track record of success in the sales cycle from planning to closing
  • An adaptable personality with the ability to thrive within a fast-paced environment and balance a heavy workload.
  • Never say “No” attitude
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills in order to achieve the merchant acquisition targets, and to collaborate with partners and colleagues of all levels.
  • Highly energetic and self-motivated individual with strong organisational and time management skills 
  • Ability to do demos and great presentations using remote online meetings / webinars 
  • Ability to quickly build rapport and take deals to closure
  • Prior experience working at a startup or tech company is a plus
