Explanation about the role

Your role as Technical Account Manager will play a pivotal role in managing the pre and account management, managing the customer onboarding, and working with internal stakeholders to ensure every customer issues can be resolved within the set SLA.

What will you work on?

  • Customer issues reported and ensure that they are resolved within set SLAs
  • Solutioning and troubleshooting customer issues 
  • Collaborate with internal teams and be the voice of customer internally
  • Document knowledge in the form of FAQs and knowledge base articles
  • Handle high MRR customers and reduce churn

What does it take?

  • Minimum of 4 years of work experience in a customer support role
  • Clear, concise, and effective written and oral communication skills
  • Knowledge of the SaaS business model, SaaS technologies, and related applications
  • Being technically adept, and the ability to pick up and learn new products, tools, and technology
